Because I'm A Girl - If I remember correctly, I first heard this song in church when my youth pastor (at that time I think it was Darren) played this video for us to watch. Think he was using it as an illustration of God's love for us - We sin and because of that we distance ourselves from God who's perfect in nature. The wages of sins is eternal death. But because God love us, He send His one and only son Jesus to Earth to die for our sins. So that through the death of His son Jesus on the cross, whoever believes in him can have a life eternal in Heaven. Just like the girl in this youtube video who got blind due to her carelessness that cause the chemical to spill into her eyes, the guy willingly gave up his eyes for her so that she can see again.
Then just yesterday when I went into Kee Suan's blog I heard that song again. Sounded so familiar. But couldn't remember where I heard it from. Anyway since it sounded nice, I got the name of the song from her to listen. Then today when I went to youtube to search for the song to listen since imeem was taking quite a long time to load, I saw that video with that song. And that was how I recalled where I first heard it from. Nice song with a touching story line (It's a korean song). Feel like I can listen to it again and again without getting bored of that song...
