Did something fun last Saturday in the midst of chionging for projects- Pineapple Tarts! Yea~ Went to Eueu's house with Elaine to bake pineapple tarts. Chia Fong was suppose to come along. But ended up she got something on so couldn't bake pineapple tarts with us.
Eunice mother was our teacher.. Teaching us how to make the pineapple tart =)
Started off with the making of the dough for the crust
Looks fun moulding the dough right.. Three of us took turns to mould the dough and got scolded for playing and not being serious.. But we all had fun getting our hands dirty =D

Next is the Pineapple Paste
Making the Pineapple paste into a circle (Eunice mama in the background overseeing us in the process of making the pineapple tart)
And then after putting the tarts in the oven to be baked for 15 mins like that...
Our freshly made Pineapple Tarts!!! Straight from the oven =D

How did it taste??? Tasted really Nice!!! LoL
Unfortunately, as we were too busy taking pictures we forgot about our Tarts.. And one of our batch of pineapple tarts became burnt =(
But overall.. We managed to achieve our mission to bake Pineapple Tarts....

Finally to end this post... Just wanna say a
BIG Thank You to Eunice's mum for teaching us.. These Pineapple tarts wouldn't have been there without her help and guidance. Thank you Eunice Mama~ LoL
