Last week... Accompanied Eunice for her interview at CPF board, Tanjong Pagar there with Chia Fong and Anson. After seeing Eunice off for her interview, we went to International Plaza there to look for CF's facial wash. But couldn't find. So ended up going to a Christian store there instead to buy Yokie's Birthday Present. Thanks to CF and Anson for accompanying me there and helping me decide on his gift =)

After Eunice finished her interview we meet back up again to look around Tanjong Pagar Xchange station there for food to snack on before heading back home. After eating, showed Eunice and Chia Fong a new trick and taught them how to do it. Only Anson seems to have seen and done this trick before.

Anyway.. We did the "Masked Eye" or whatever you call that trick together. Looks easy but not all could do it.. Eunice had a hard time figering out how to do it. And managed to do it in the end!

Haha.. Really enjoyed my time with you guys! Hope to meet up with you all again soon~ To Anson who's starting school soon, enjoy the rest of your holidays! =) And to Eueu and Cf, hope you're enjoying your work scope..

Work

First Day

Just started work on Wednesday at the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) at Ghim Moh. Yep! Thank God for that temp job.
First day started off as PAINFUL! Cause of the heels that I had to wear to work. Also, it was new so as I walked halfway towards the bus stop to take to my work place my both feet started to have blisters and toes swelled a little. Reached my work place either on time or later so didn't had time to buy plasters. So waited still after I finish work to go buy plasters for my blistered feet. Felt too paiseh to excuse myself from my colleagues just to buy plasters =x

A picture of my burst blister at my heel

Colleagues on the first day were nice and friendly. Guided me through my work scope and intro me to their cliques for lunch though I didn't really blend in well with them in their conversations.

Work scope at the moment is Boring! Whole day just looking at the Microsoft Access file with a database of 1595 and slowly updating the company names and ID. *Headache*.

Second Day

Did more or less the same thing as I did for my first day. Tires of staring at the computer screen the whole day. Finished up the first batch of 1595 and now into my second batch of 2000++ records to update for printing of the NCSS annual report book. Need to try to finish it by tomorrow.

Haiz. Well at least being kept busy is better than sitting in the office having nothing to do at all except to stare into blank space. Heard work will get more interesting after this updating of records are over~ Will be looking forward to it =)

Lunch was a bit weird. Another of my colleague from my department asked me to lunch with her and her friends. But when lunch time came I think she almost forgot about me until another of my colleague reminded her about me~ Only then she went to call me personally to join her and her cliques for lunch. Didn't really enjoy that lunch either. Couldn't fit in into any of their conversation topics. So I just stayed quiet the whole way through.

Wonder if after this week I can start being a little introvert by having lunch myself. And then go explore the area around my workplace myself. Sounds better than having to stick with their conversation and not knowing what they are talking about.
Hopefully things will turn out more colourful. If not I dunno if I can stand working there for 3 Months!

Prays Hard~
